Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Optimize Processes: Refine HR operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage HR Systems: Oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to maintain smooth and effective operations.
  • Develop Benefits Programs: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of federal, state, and local HR and benefits regulations to keep our organization compliant.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Conduct activities to attract and hire top talent.
  • Implement HR Initiatives: Work with cross-functional teams to roll out impactful HR initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Maintain and optimize the HR budget, identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in HR operations and benefits management with solid job tenure.
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance and regulations at both federal and state levels.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range $65,000 to $85,000 (negotiable based on experience)
