• Job Title: Inbound Loading and Unloading Operator
• Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM,

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Inbound Loading and Unloading Operator. This position plays a critical role in our operations by ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of incoming shipments.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely and efficiently unload incoming shipments from trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
2. Verify and record incoming shipments against bills of lading or other documents.
3. Transport materials to designated storage areas or production lines as required.
4. Load outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to shipping instructions.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage areas and shipping/receiving docks.
6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in warehouse operations, particularly in loading and unloading roles, preferred but not required.
2. Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to [specify weight if necessary] pounds.
3. Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Basic math and organizational skills.
4. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
