As a medical malpractice paralegal, you will play an essential role in preparing for trials, conducting research, and managing documents, contributing to the success of our high-stakes cases.

As a medical malpractice paralegal, you will play an essential role in preparing for trials, conducting research, and managing documents, contributing to the success of our high-stakes cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and drafting trial documents.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of medical records and legal documents related to medical malpractice cases.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and support for cases.
- Draft and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, in compliance with Florida state court rules.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a paralegal in medical malpractice, nursing home, and/or products liability.
- Previous trial experience is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Florida state court rules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-oriented focus with a professional demeanor.
- Initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
