What You'll Do:
Budget Management: Lead the development and management of pre-opening and operational budgets. Track and report financial performance.
Fund Management: Ensure efficient and effective use of funds. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
Operational Oversight: Manage financial operations for food and beverage, merchandise, games, and ticketing. Ensure accurate tracking of revenues and expenses.
Cost Control: Implement measures to control costs and identify savings opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Manage audits as necessary.
Team Collaboration: Support financial decision-making and provide insights and recommendations to other departments.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory for F&B and merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity.
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and sustainability.
Travel: Enjoy a hybrid role with periodic travel to our HQ in Columbus and other locations across Ohio.

What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA is a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or retail.
Skills: Strong financial and accounting knowledge, proficiency in financial software, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and detail-oriented.
