You will handle invoice input, track credits, reconcile statements, and manage daily business transaction reconciliation. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the cash drawer, maintaining the change drawer, organizing and filing accounting records, and assisting in the annual audit process. Duties
- Performing invoice input and entering and tracking credits Reconciling statements
- Daily reconciliation of business transactions and counting down the cash drawer
- Maintaining the change drawer
- Organizing and filing all accounting records
- Assisting in the annual audit process
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related role
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial software
- An associate's degree is preferred but not required
- Experience with accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Technical accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with tax regulations related to accounts payable
- Experience using HRIS systems
