We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a strong foundation in litigation to join a tenured boutique law firm in the Greater Tampa Bay area.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of litigation experience and the ability to support multiple partners across a variety of practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload across various practice areas, including commercial litigation, general business law, and corporate matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions and briefs.
- Attend depositions, mediations, and hearings as required.
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with partners and other associates to develop legal strategies and ensure excellent client representation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Bar Member and in good standing with The Florida Bar Association or eligible for admission.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience (construction law experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and research skills.
- Certifications in areas such as LEED, Board Certification, or Construction Management are a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000 - $165,000 Base salary negotiable based on experience.
