We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a strong foundation in litigation to join a tenured boutique law firm in the Greater Tampa Bay area.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of litigation experience and the ability to support multiple partners across a variety of practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload across various practice areas, including commercial litigation, general business law, and corporate matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions and briefs.
  • Attend depositions, mediations, and hearings as required.
  • Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and other associates to develop legal strategies and ensure excellent client representation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Bar Member and in good standing with The Florida Bar Association or eligible for admission.
  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience (construction law experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and research skills.
  • Certifications in areas such as LEED, Board Certification, or Construction Management are a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $120,000 - $165,000 Base salary negotiable based on experience.
