We are seeking two Associate Attorney with experience in either Construction or General Litigation to join our established firm in Tampa, FL!

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and other court filings
- Manage and assist with a variety of construction defect litigation cases, including those involving residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects
- Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and legal strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of general or commercial litigation experience
- Prior experience with construction defect litigation is preferred but not required
- Admission to The Florida Bar or imminent eligibility required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in legal research and writing
- Certifications such as LEED, Board Certification, or Construction Management are a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000 - $165,000, negotiable based on experience
