Account Representative – Extrusion Department (1st Shift)
Location: Groveport, Ohio | Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to join our Extrusion Department on 1st shift in Groveport, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Account Representative will be responsible for quoting and selling vinyl fencing, railing, and outdoor living products. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers over the phone and via email, while providing a superior customer experience. The role also involves layout planning and helping customers find the right solutions quickly and accurately. Accurate processing of payments and product sales documentation in NetSuite is essential.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in a warehouse setting and/or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude are key to success in this position.
