Corporate Legal Assistant
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in-office: Tues–Thurs; remote Mon & Fri)
Pay Range: $73,000 – $90,000 per year
About the Role:
Are you an experienced Legal Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We're currently hiring a Corporate Legal Assistant to support 4–6 attorneys in a dynamic legal environment focused on transactional, regulatory, and private equity matters.

Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, compliance materials, closing documents, and more
Assist with corporate formations, dissolutions, and UCC filings
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage attorney calendars and track deadlines
Enter and release attorney time; assist with billing and engagement letters
Maintain digital and physical filing systems and client records
Proactively support team operations and assist during PTO or peak periods
Provide high-level administrative support to assigned attorneys and maintain a client-focused mindset
3–5 years of recent experience as a legal assistant (closer to 5 years preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
High school diploma required; associate’s or additional education preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF software
Familiarity with iManage, Chrome River, Concur, and InTapp Time is a plus
Previous experience with transactional, regulatory, or private equity work is ideal
Hybrid:
In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Remote: Monday and Friday
Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (with some flexibility)
No shifts starting before 8:00 AM or ending after 6:00 PM
Competitive salary: $73,000 – $90,000 annually
Annual raises and performance bonuses in April
20 days of PTO (for employees with 1–5 years of service)
