Now seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team our diverse individuals within the arts and/or entertainment industry by managing the day-to-day operations as a General & Operations Manager.

The right individual will take ownership of the overall success of the business unit and oversee all aspects of the business, including but not limited to sales, marketing, finance, human resource, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, driving results, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure that all departments are running efficiently.
  • Manage the sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue and drive growth.
  • Create and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure that the business is operating within its means.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by managing and motivating employees.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership.
  • Continuously assess and identify areas for improvement and implement processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a general management or similar role within a theme park, museum, entertainment, and arts industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large size teams.
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 + Profit Sharing
  • Full-Time, On-Site in Columbus, Ohio
  • Monday-Friday w/ Weekend Flexibility When Needed
