Now seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter ready to take on a pivotal role in our talent acquisition team in a hybrid position in Columbus, OH! This is a contract to permanent position with projected schedule of 12 months, full-time, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions.
Identifying, sourcing, and attracting high-caliber candidates.
Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and assessments.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters.
Contributing to the development of recruiting strategies and best practices.
Leveraging technology and tools to optimize the recruitment process.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
Certification in Human Resources or Recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
