Now seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter ready to take on a pivotal role in our talent acquisition team in a hybrid position in Columbus, OH!
This is a contract to permanent position with projected schedule of 12 months, full-time, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing recruitment trends and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with conducting behavioral interviews and assessments.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions.
  • Identifying, sourcing, and attracting high-caliber candidates.
  • Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters.
  • Contributing to the development of recruiting strategies and best practices.
  • Leveraging technology and tools to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Certification in Human Resources or Recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
