Currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our diverse team, and dynamic, established firm located in South Tampa, FL!

The Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload through all phases of the litigation process, from inception through appeal. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for professional development in a challenging yet supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage litigation cases with efficiency and diligence.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, depositions, and responses, motions, and briefs.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Represent clients in court, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, offering regular updates and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Participate in business development and networking activities to promote the firm.
• Work collaboratively with other associates, and support team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Florida with a standing membership in the state bar.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on defense work.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.

Salary, Benefits, & Additional Details

• $78,000 - $138,000 Base salary negotiable dependent on experience and can be outside of range listed
